Jonas entered the automotive industry in 1984, and is a fully qualified Auto Technician. He has specialised in Porsche's for over 20 years, and achieved an enviable record in racing:

1986-88 - 88 Paul Edward's Racing - built nearly all the Class winning cars for three years.

1988-90 - Headhunted to join Pickup Leask as Head of Motorsport division. Built new division from scratch and became one of the top teams, boasting many Class and Championship wins.

1990 - Set up JAZ Porsche. Invited to the Macau Grand Prix, and in four years won: Best Overseas Entry, Best Class Mechanic, Class Winners, Fourth overall.

1997 - Set up JZ Porschecare.

1999 - Founded on fundamental belief in customer service and care, Porschecare fast grew into a merger with Steve McHale to form JZMachtech.

2003 - JZM became UK agent for the world renowned Porsche tuner Manthey Motors based at the Nürburgring.

As Jonas says - "I get great satisfaction from seeing happy customers as they are the best way to judge our success".

2009 - Jonas and his partner Steve expanded JZ Machtech with the addition of JZM Ltd  our Porsche used sales division and administration in Unit 1, Langley Wharf.
